Our Design Process.

Nordic Kitchens & Bath Inc. offers full kitchen and bath design services including, but not limited to, site inspection, schematics, working drawings, and guidance in design and material selections.

Consultation

Our Design Process begins with identifying the client, in both tangible terms such as family size, habits, and individual characteristics, and intangible terms such as space or style preferences, wants and needs, and overall expectations.

Planning

The second part of the process is analyzing the information gathered in step one and performing a site inspection, to develop a general layout or schematic, and make material and equipment suggestions.

Design

Step three is to refine the thoughts and ideas from step two and create dimensioned working drawings, and produce estimates for products, for example, cabinetry, appliances, countertop materials, etc.

Implementation

The last step is to present the finished drawings and equipment specifications to the client or their trades to begin the construction phase of the project. Expert cabinetry and appliance installation is available through Nordic as an option.
